1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the nami55 website (nami55.win), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using our platform immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and nami55.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming which together form part of the overall agreement between you and nami55.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the nami55 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age prescribed in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Not subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits participation in online wagering.
Register only one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. nami55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

Important: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. If our system detects multiple-account activity, all associated accounts may be terminated and their balances forfeited.

3. Deposits, Wagering & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on your chosen payment method. nami55 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements: All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within business hours. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed in your account panel.

Nami55 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is completed.
Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Nami55 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before approving withdrawals above certain amounts.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Nami55 offers a wide range of bonuses for new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and limits as stated on the respective promotions page.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

Wagering Requirement: Bonuses received must be wagered at the specified multiplier before a withdrawal is permitted.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
The use of bots, automation software, or group coordination strategies to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Nami55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute regarding bonuses, nami55's decision is final.

Reminder: Check the wagering requirements of each promotion before claiming it. Failure to understand the terms of a promotion cannot be used as grounds to appeal a bonus cancellation.

5. Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

All nami55 members are required to conduct themselves with honesty, fairness, and respect towards the platform and fellow members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the nami55 platform.
Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
The use of third-party software, bots, or any automation tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with nami55's security systems.
Colluding with other players in games that require individual competition.
Any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of nami55.

Nami55 employs a high-technology monitoring system to detect unusual activity. Any violations will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Nami55 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any of these terms. Members may also request to close their own account at any time through our customer service.

In cases where an account is terminated due to fraud or serious violations, nami55 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins held in that account. Voluntary termination by a member is subject to the fulfilment of all outstanding active wagering requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nami55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service disruptions due to system maintenance, or outcomes resulting from betting decisions made by members themselves.

Nami55's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for payment verification purposes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration. By using the nami55 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction established by nami55.
